What is a 6 petal diet?

The 6 petals diet has a nice name associated with ignorant people for flowers. In fact, every chamomile petal is a day from a certain diet, meaning we only use a particular product.

Thanks to this nutritional system, you can lose weight quickly and easily. It turns out to get rid of 500 g a day and the results of 2 cycles will be impressive - about 7 kilograms.

The essence of the diet

The 6 petal diets were made by Anna Johansson. Recognized Swedish nutritionist. Weight loss system approved by the Dietetic Association. Studies have been done that have shown that people have lost 500 grams a day, and sometimes as much as 800 grams. However, their general health remained good.

In the end, additional voluntary medical examinations were performed. The results showed that the health of the participants in the program improved. In other words, a 6-petalled diet not only helps you lose weight but also strengthens your body.

The duration of such a course is 6 days (hence the name of the diet). The main principle is a separate diet, thanks to which a slimming effect can be achieved. You have to follow different mono-diets for 6 days - one a day. The order should not be interrupted as this is an alternation of carbohydrate and protein days.

Within a day, you should eat foods that fall into the same food category. The order is as follows:

  1. Halnap.
  2. Vegetable Day.
  3. Chicken day.
  4. Grain Day.
  5. Cottage cheese day.
  6. Fruit Day.

To avoid consuming more calories than you need, you should measure your portions each day:

  • fish - up to 500 grams;
  • vegetables - up to 1, 5 kg;
  • meat - not more than 500 grams;
  • cereals - not more than 200 g;
  • cottage cheese - not more than 500 grams;
  • fruit and berries - up to 1, 5 kg.

Anna Johansson suggested making a flower with 6 petals on which to write mono-diets to keep you motivated. That is why the name associated with the plant appeared, although in fact flowers and herbs are not used. You can hang such a homemade chamomile in a clearly visible place and watch it every time there is a high probability of failure. Everyday tearing of the petal makes a hunger strike much easier.
